The path of our students
The path that the children and their families take starts with a duration of between 6 and 8 years in the "Agents of Change" Program and can continue, without time limit, through the "Alumni Network" Program.

Call & Admission
We identify boys and girls in their penultimate year of primary school to enter the 'Agents of Change' Program.

Annual Leveling Plan
We provide personal and academic preparation to students while they are completing their last year of primary school for their entry into secondary school.
(14 months)
Scholarships & Tutoring
We assign students with a scholarship within the partner schools we work with. Throughout their entire school journey, we provide personalized support.
(lasting 5 to 7 years)
Higher Education & Labor World
We offer vocational guidance to the scholarship recipients, tutoring and follow-up for the young graduates of "Agents of Change", for the continuation of their higher studies and entry into the labor market.

"Thanks to all the learning that my daughters received at the foundation, they began to encourage me to finish my studies.
In 2021, I got the courage to start adult secondary school and I was able to complete it, without interruptions, which was a great personal achievement.
At the end of 2023, I started studying cutting and sewing at CFP No. 402 in Tigre, something that I am truly passionate about. This year, I was able to finish the program with honors and proudly carry the Argentine Flag.
I deeply thank Germinare, because all of this was possible thanks to their help and constant support for me and my daughters.”
