We offer graduates of "Agents of Change" vocational guidance, training, and support for the continuation of their higher education and integration into the labor market.

Red Alumni

Germinare has agreements with the main Universities and Tertiary Institutes of Buenos Aires that offer scholarships to the youth of the Foundation.

In addition, Red Alumni promotes cultural and training activities in job skills, through experiences that bring them closer to the work environment, such as internships or interviews with professionals in their area of interest.

Through networking, young people share a space for support and exchange of learning. They support each other and build bonds that will strengthen them for life.

Very concretely, we have been able to verify, after 25 years of work, that quality education paves the way for our students to freely achieve upward social mobility for themselves and their future generations.
