“Agents of Change” is a long-term educational advancement program that supports children from low-income backgrounds—those willing to make the effort to improve themselves—through the transition from primary school to a high-quality secondary education.

Recruitment
Call for Applications We identify children in the second-to-last year of primary school to participate in an academic and personal preparation process. This helps them reach the level required to enter a new institution starting in their first year of secondary school.
We recruit and identify boys and girls who are currently in the second-to-last year of primary school to take part in a process of academic and personal preparation that enables them to reach the level required to later enter a new institution starting from the first year of secondary school.
Annual Leveling Plan
A core part of the program: over 14 months, students receive more than 700 hours of support classes in Mathematics, Language Practices, English, and Debate, while completing their final year at their original schools. We also offer monthly Personal Growth workshops to strengthen self-esteem and socio-emotional skills.

Scholarships in Partner Schools
After successfully completing this stage, Germinare assigns each student a scholarship, tailored to their profile, in one of our partner schools located in Buenos Aires Province (Campana, Zárate, Pilar, Tigre) and in Buenos Aires City.
